Any cold is too much cold as far as I'm concerned. I've been wearing sandals nearly every day this week because it's finally "warmed up."
Even though it has greatly "warmed up" we've still got over a foot of snow on the ground and plenty of icy spots where no sandal dares to tread.
. . . um, yes. Just dress a little warmly and I think you'll survive ;)
